What's New

Summer has a New Name...Banjo!

Lots of new changes happened in Music Together® in the last year, and one of them was naming and revamping our Summer Collections.  Banjo was the first instrument used to highlight our Summer Six Week Collection, and I think it's a good choice.  Like summertime, a banjo is a more casual, down-home kind of instrument used in Country and Bluegrass genres of music.  A banjo can also take on very intricate, fast, and energetic songs...sort of like those days running around amusement parks, water parks, or galloping all day at horse camp.  But a banjo can also play in slow, steamy, and laidback songs...like hot days laying around the pool or sitting on the dock at the lake.  Truly the new instrument to represent our Music Together Summer Song Collections is just the right fit for the nature of this fun season!
